Co-creating the Design Museum strategy


The Design Museum sought a partner to facilitate an organisational strategy development process involving its workforce, trustees and volunteers. The ultimate aim of the new strategy being a financially sustainable future for the West London museum.

Using design thinking, innovation, sprint and group coaching techniques the bespoke process included a workforce survey and trustee working group followed by creatively facilitated strategy days for the Heads of the Department Team and Executive Team. As a result of this process the Design Museum now has a refreshed vision, mission, values and organisational strategy co-created by the entire team.
